I thought Asham would have had the Flyer knocked out of him by now. A couple concussions and he's still the same.

Pretty ironic that they guy bascially missed 14 months of hockey and now he's in the middle of fisticuffs. Weird. You'd think he'd be avoiding that kind of shit right now.

It does seem like Sid is in the middle of everything now. I don't know if he thinks it's part of his role as a Captain or what but something's changed this go-round. I mean, he's never been afraid to mix things up, I'd even say it's part of what makes him great, and until this year I never it thought it affected his game negatively. Even when he took a cheapshot from a goon or got booed in an opposing arena, his focus seemed unshakable and his game even got sharper. But now it seems to really affect him.

Coming from Mike Millbury those comments are laughable tho...I'm glad he found some time in between picking fights with twelve-year-olds to call someone else a punk. Sid's always showed alot of class and maturity and does enough really good things off the ice to make me believe he's a great kid. I just think he's lost his way a bit. He needs Mario or someone else to remind him that leading is done on the ice, not in the penalty box. It's easy to forget he's still only 24.

No, I don't think it was posted. Most people expected this to happen because of the timing of the fight.

Asham is going to hear today and you can assume he's gonna be out tomorrow for sure. Looks like the 4th line is going to be Tangradi - Vitale - Park.

What's up with the hair pulling shyt? It looked like he was just grabbing at him during their scuffle and got a hold of some hair. Considering Hartnell's "hairdo", how the hell could you not get it if you reach anywhere near his head or neck?

If he'd lose the Ronald McDonald look maybe he wouldn't get his hair pulled.
If it wasn't for hockey, what would be the point of living?

The hair is part of the uniform. If that asshat wants to take the risk of his hair getting involved, that's his own stupid fault.

I think the fear of what they may get is enough of a deterrent to avoid that ever happening.

You pays your bucks!! You takes your chances!! Gonna wear long hair?? At some point in time it will most likely get pulled. DEAL WITH IT!! THEN SHUT THE UCK UP!! I remember a few years ago Ruutu bit the hand of Andrew Peters but only after Peters stuck his hand in Ruutu's mouth for something like the 3rd or 4th time. Was it wrong?? Absolutely, but if you're that stupid then maybe you deserve what you get. If you don't want your hair pulled in the scuffle then cut your damn hair.

Just because his ex was a super tanker of STDs, doesn't mean he ever had a chance to get any.

Are you saying that even though she was a "super tanker", unlike many others, he never docked in her port?

Maybe he stopped docking and forced her into the arms of the Eastern seaboard.

I'm not so sure the super tanker analogy is working Hank.

Only if you put 5 other pieces of Swiss Cheese out on the ice with him. Or maybe 5 apple turnovers.

Alright.

If the Pens win tomorrow, they come back to Pittsburgh down 3 - 1. Maybe they get a little momentum going with a supportive Home crowd and win the next one in the Consol.

Now they go back to Philly with two wins in a row, momentum on their side and where the Flyers have a poorer record (home vs. away). Maybe the Flyers feel some heat now, some pressure, some panic. Another win and the series is tied. An all for nothing match at home in the Consol.
The Flyers are on their heals - blowing a 3 game series lead. Visions of throwing all of that away. The Pens have fought back, shaken their demons and are re-energized!

Who's with me?

I know Jonathon is!

Let's get positive!
