Thank Joe. BTW, my daughter has decided that PSU is her 1st college choice.

That's awesome! What year of HS is she in? If she continues to get the grades and scores high enough on the SAT, she may have a shot at their honors college. They also like to see a good amount of involvement in activities and service work. I would guess she's heavily into other activities, in addition to her academics. Admission to the honors college comes with a $2500 per year scholarship.
It's A Great Day for Hockey!!!

She's a sophomore. Does dance, varsity cheering, student counsel, a lock for Nat. Honor Society next year. All honors classes this year. 4.0 GPA. I'm actually looking at Princeton, but she's interested in Forensic Sci. and PSU is the top program in the country.

Pretty cool that she's so set on what she wants to this early. She won't have any problem getting into PSU Main with that type of resume. I'm sure her test scores will be excellent too.

I'm just psyched that I don't have to be all over her about school work like her brother. She just does it. It's great.
