I was kind of surprised that Rush wasn't already in there. They sort of seem to have a "Greatful Dead" like following. The fans they have are extremely loyal, the music is uniquely Rush, they have at least a dozen platinum albums in the US, more probably in Canada. I would say they are more worthy that a lot of what has been inducted. Just my two cents.

It's about damn time RUSH got in there. Incredible musicianship by all involved for many, many years (longer than I've been alive).

With all of that said:
RR HOF is a damn joke

As for Deep Purple. <3
