Funny marker of the time frame...
Linkin Park - I'll admit it: Hybrid Theory was an intriguing album to me. Meteora was as good, if not better. Each subsequent album has evolved their sound. Seen them a few times as well and they've put on a decent show every time.
Limp Bizkit - Oh Fred Durst, you're so angry. He made an interesting transition into directing and acting rather than trying to bang that aggro chicken to death forever. I remember working at Hastings
(entertainment/music place that's all over the place out here in the southwest). There was a little kid buying a "tab book for guitar" to learn how to play songs from Limp Bizkit's first album. Told me they were going to be the biggest band in the world and by 2010 they'd be in the rock hall of fame.
He was like 12.
Crazy Town - JTC NO. I remember when that "Butterfly" song was all over the airwaves. :shiver: Good on them though. They had their moment in the light. I think their guitar player OD'd in the late '00's (08/09?).
