The laugh is the annoying part, but yeah, overall it is pretty funny. The look on the guy's face is hilarious. Imagine, 9 hours listening to that? And I don't mean the polka.

I actually spent 10 days in Europe with girl who laughed very similar to that. Those first few days were torture. I actually felt kind of bad for her.
